Welcome to Bridge & Central Academies of Ohio
Thank you for visiting Bridge & Central Academies of Ohio. The academies are Ohio Community Schools founded in 2007 in Toledo, Ohio. Bridge Academy has kindergarten through third grade and Central Academy has fourth grade through eighth grade. They are in adjacent buildings and share the same Administrative Staff. Bridge Academy has full-day kindergarten classes and there is no tuition fees for attending either academy. The schools use a rigorous curriculum aligned with the Ohio Standards and Benchmarks. In addition to Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies, all students have classes in character education, a foreign language (Arabic) and culture. The students all wear uniforms and the small class sizes create a close, family-like environment with attention to each student's learning style.
